Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipe Foreman or similar role in excavation.
• Strong knowledge of pipe installation techniques and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure projects are completed on time.
• Manage and coordinate pipe installation and maintenance activities.
• Supervise and mentor crew members, promoting safety and efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and clients.
• Conduct regular inspections for compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Resolve any on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Assist in training new employees on policies and procedures.
