Rhoads Industries, Inc. in Philadelphia seeks an experienced Pipe Fitter to prepare and fit pipe spools for welders and install complex piping systems per PI&ID and drawings. You will work on machinery and systems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The role requires five years of pipe fitting experience, strong math/measurement skills, and the ability to read NAVSEA 278 publications. Night shift flexibility and overtime are expected to meet customer needs.

We are currently looking for a Pipe Fitter to join our dynamic, fast‑paced, and growing team. integrity and efficiency. The Pipe Fitter is responsible for preparing and fitting pipe spools for welders and installs complex piping systems, for machinery, equipment and systems according to verbal, written instruction, piping and instrumentation diagrams (PI&ID)s, and engineered drawings compliant with construction documents.
We are seeking candidates who are flexible and open to working either 1st or 2nd shift, depending on team and production needs. Shift assignments will be determined in partnership with the selected candidate and business requirements.
