Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie is seeking a Pipe Fitter in Columbia, TN to lay out, assemble, install and maintain pipe systems and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment across industrial, heating, cooling and processing applications.

Candidates should have 2 years of commercial construction pipefitter experience preferred, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in confined environments while following safety protocols in a drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Lay out, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems, pipe supports, and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling, and industrial production, sanitary systems and processing systems.
• Install, assemble, and weld HDPE piping.
• Position required frequently lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined environments.
• Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
