Equiliem is seeking a Fabrication Associate in Groveport, OH to support a fast-paced pipe fabrication operation. You will set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment, read work orders, and ensure products meet specifications.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of experience with industrial machinery, strong mechanical aptitude, and a safety-focused mindset. The role involves manual material handling in an indoor shop and yard environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience operating industrial machinery and powered industrial trucks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read tape measures, gauges, and similar tools.
• Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, machining, or welding.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run pipe fabrication equipment safely.
• Operate and monitor Landis threading machines, saws, and plasma systems.
• Interpret orders and cut lists to fabricate customer orders.
• Inspect parts using tape measures and gauges.
• Move and stage pipe inventory around shop and yard.
• Follow OSHA safety standards and contribute to quality improvements.
