Job summary

Kelso Industries is seeking an experienced Pipe Fabrication Shop Superintendent in Duncan, SC. This role leads daily pipe fabrication operations, guiding supervisors and production personnel to meet safety, quality, and schedule objectives.

You will collaborate with Production and Project Managers to drive continuous improvement and efficient fabrication. Responsibilities include overseeing production planning, maintaining workflow, monitoring labor and equipment, and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pipe fabrication, welding, or industrial fabrication.
• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing production schedules, manpower, safety, quality, and operational performance.
• Experience with ASME piping fabrication, industrial piping systems, structural and Module fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily pipe fabrication operations.
• Provide leadership and direction to supervisors and production personnel.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity, and schedule objectives are met daily.
• Coordinate with engineering, quality, procurement, and project management teams to achieve production goals.
