Job summary

Phillips, Inc. is seeking a Pipe Crew Foreman to lead and manage underground utility installation crews, ensuring safe, on-time completion of water, sewer, and drainage work. You will supervise operators, laborers, and specialists, enforce safety procedures, and communicate with project managers to address changes in scope.

You will coordinate daily activities, oversee equipment and inventory, and mentor team members while maintaining high quality and compliance with blueprints and design specs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pipe Crew Foreman in the underground utility construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of underground utility installation techniques, including water, sewer, and drainage systems.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a crew.
• Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and at different job sites as required.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
