What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage moderately complex first-party Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Pay claims
• Investigate, evaluate, and settle claims, ensuring proper coverage determinations
• Serve as the owning adjuster for injury exposure cases with reserves up to policy limits
• Rule out exposures such as uninsured/underinsured motorist and subrogation
• Present findings on coverage issues to committees as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications)

• A minimum of 1-2 years of claims experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in business, insurance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Required to obtain and/or maintain multiple Adjuster’s Licenses within the first 90 days of employment
• Strong computer navigation abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work any shift during operating hours, including evenings and weekends

• Prior experience handling PIP claims and first-party medical coverage
• Knowledge of collision, loss-of-use, third-party property damage, and bodily injury exposures
• Bilingual skills are a plus
