Qualifications

• Active Adjuster license preferred (training fees provided).

• Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist policyholders through the medical aspects of auto claims, delivering world-class service.
• Investigate medical necessity and casualty, evaluate the validity of claims, and monitor case files.
• Coordinate with customers, other carriers, attorneys, medical providers, and review reports and billing documents.
• Contribute to resolving customer concerns and driving satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
