Brandon J. Broderick, Attorney At Law is seeking a highly organized PIP Arbitration Legal Assistant to support our PIP Arbitration team.

You will accurately process arbitration awards, hearing information, settlement resolutions, medical provider payments, and reimbursement activity within Litify. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing time-sensitive tasks across multiple attorneys and matters while ensuring deadlines are met.

Responsibilities

  • Enter hearing information into Litify, including Forthright number, DRP, Case Coordinator, hearing date, time, and forum.
  • Process arbitration awards received from Forthright.
  • Enter awards into Litify for all attorneys.
  • Send awards to medical providers for assigned attorneys.
  • Enter settlement resolutions for Susan and Tracy the same day they are received.
  • Process medical provider checks by mailing, scanning, uploading, and documenting them in Litify within 24 hours.
  • Track BJB payments in Litify and update the Finance Department worksheet.
  • Enter Forthright reimbursement payments into Litify.

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PIP Arbitration Legal Assistant to support our PIP Arbitration team. This role is responsible for accurately processing arbitration awards, hearing information, settlement resolutions, medical provider payments, and reimbursement activity while ensuring all information is properly documented in Litify.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing time-sensitive tasks across multiple attorneys and matters. Strong attention to detail and the ability to consistently meet deadlines are essential, as this position plays an important role in ensuring arbitration results and financial activity are processed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Compensation Range:

$45,000 - $50,000 USD

Compensation: The base salary or hourly range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to; prior relevant experience, business needs and market factors. Additionally, salary wages are only part of the total compensation package.
