Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager to lead premium customer and associate experiences, grow brand top-line sales, and coach Brand Supervisors for consistent execution. The role reports to Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in higher complexity stores.

Responsibilities include driving visual standards, product storytelling, and using store tools for performance insights while managing talent lifecycle—recruitment, coaching, and day-to-day leadership on the sales floor.

• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

A Victoria's Secret & Co PINK Manager a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand's guidance and objectives. Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:

• Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer’s experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.

Store Leadership Expectations

• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards

• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Minimum Salary: $21.90

Maximum Salary: $28.24
