Job summary

Victoria's Secret & Co. in the United States seeks a PINK Manager to lead the customer and brand experience in a high-volume store. You will translate brand direction into daily actions, drive product storytelling, coaching, and ensure selling behaviors align with brand guidance.

You will report to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, overseeing PINK Supervisors and Selling Associates and driving performance in a dynamic retail environment, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, as well as frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing as part of daily tasks
• Ability to use technology (headsets, mobile devices, computers)
• 3+ years of retail leadership experience preferred.

• Specifically, the PINK Manager owns: Visual execution, product storytelling and selling behaviors, category-level performance insights, sales floor and fitting room standards, talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager, and direct reports.
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.
• Store Leadership Expectations include leading and modeling company values, coaching and development of associates, and managing daily workforce actions.

A Victoria's Secret & Co PINK Manager a values-based leader who delivers exceptional customer and associate experiences to grow brand top-line sales. In higher complexity stores, this role provides direction, prioritization, and coaching to Brand Supervisors to ensure consistent execution. This role reports to the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

The PINK Manager drives the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business. They ensure both product presentation and selling behaviors reflect the Brand's guidance and objectives. Specifically, the PINK Manager owns:

• Visual execution within their line of business by translating brand direction into clear priorities and daily actions
• Product storytelling and selling behaviors, protecting the emotional tone of the customer's experience
• Category-level performance insights, leveraging company tools and reports
• Sales floor and fitting room standards (if applicable)
• Talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management, along with the Store Manager
• Direct reports, as assigned, including PINK Supervisors and/or Selling Associates
• This role is present in higher volume or more complex environments and leads the performance and direction of the business.

• Executing the role of the Head Coach to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.

• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours

• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies

• Additional duties, as assigned, including, but not limited to: floorset mapping and execution, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing

Minimum Salary: $19.50

Maximum Salary: $25.15

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
