Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to support delivery across multiple locations in the US. The role emphasizes designing and implementing robust IT infrastructure, including SSO with PingFederate and integration using SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; relocation may be required.
Experience designing SSO with PingFederate for internal/third-party SaaS apps.
US work authorization without employer sponsorship; Infosys cannot sponsor now or in future.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to resolve incidents, document root causes with preventive actions.
Evaluate client IT infrastructure, prepare assessment reports and highlight improvement opportunities.
Design scalable IT infrastructure solutions and create deployment documentation.
Coordinate releases, verify environments, and perform post-deployment testing.
Coordinate maintenance, upgrades, and continuity plans to ensure uptime.
Analyze performance data, support capacity planning and optimization efforts.
Conduct security checks, recovery drills, and compliance audits.
