Job summary

Myticas Consulting is seeking a Senior MDM Solutions Architect / Principal Consultant to lead enterprise MDM initiatives using Syndigo or Riversand. You will design, configure, and deliver MDM solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and delivery teams.

This role emphasizes platform configuration, governance, and data modeling with minimal focus on custom Java development, while leveraging your consulting experience to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience with Syndigo and/or Riversand MDM platform.
• Strong experience designing, configuring, and delivering MDM solutions.
• Platform configuration experience valued; deep Java development not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of MDM data modeling, taxonomy, hierarchies, governance.
• Experience leading MDM implementations from design through delivery.
• Senior/Lead/Principal/Architect profiles encouraged.
• Hands-on Syndigo/Riversand configuration, implementation, or customization.
• Consulting or professional services background with client-facing delivery.
• Experience defining MDM strategy, governance, and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Java development is an asset but not required; Riversand experience remains relevant.

Senior MDM Solutions Architect / Principal Consultant (Syndigo / Riversand)

Key Requirements (Bullhorn / LinkedIn / AI Hunting Tool)

1. Mandatory experience with Syndigo and/or Riversand MDM platform (current or previous experience required).
2. Strong experience designing, configuring, and delivering Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
3. Platform configuration experience is highly valued; deep custom Java development is not mandatory.
4. Strong understanding of MDM data modeling, entity modeling, taxonomy, hierarchies, relationships, and governance.
5. Experience leading MDM implementations from solution design through delivery in enterprise environments.
6. Senior Lead, Principal Consultant, Technical Lead, SME, or Architect profiles are all encouraged.
7. Hands-on experience with Syndigo/Riversand configuration, implementation, administration, or platform customization.
8. Consulting or professional services background with strong client-facing communication and delivery experience.
9. Experience working with business stakeholders to define MDM strategy, solution design, governance, and implementation roadmaps.
10. Java/J2EE development experience is considered an asset but is not required; candidates focused on configuration and platform capabilities remain highly desirable.
11. Previous Riversand experience remains relevant even if the candidate has since worked with other MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, Stibo, etc.).
12. Ability to mentor teams, provide technical leadership, conduct solution reviews, and support successful project delivery.
13. Experience integrating Syndigo/Riversand with enterprise applications, APIs, ERP, PIM, or commerce platforms is beneficial.
14. Strong understanding of enterprise data quality, data governance, product information management (PIM), and master data best practices.
15. Will consider candidates whose strengths are in platform configuration, data modeling, solution delivery, technical leadership, and client consulting, even if they are less focused on custom development or traditional enterprise architecture.
