Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a Project Manager to lead the end-to-end deployment of the PIM solution within the Aftermarket organization. You will align stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, and Supply Chain to design scalable product data processes and governance.

You will manage budgets, timelines, and risks, ensuring successful adoption and realization of business benefits. A hybrid in-office/remote schedule supports collaboration and delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience leading large cross-functional business transformation initiatives.
• Experience managing software implementations involving multiple stakeholders and complex processes.
• Strong business process mapping and requirements gathering capabilities.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build alignment across business and technical teams.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and business cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of DTNA Aftermarket’s PIM solution across multiple workstreams.
• Establish project plans, milestones, budgets, risk plans, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate activities across Product, Marketing, Digital Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, Data Governance, and Vendors.
• Manage system integrators and external partners as required.
• Drive governance and organizational readiness for successful adoption.
