Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems AB in Phoenix, AZ seeks a detail-oriented PIM Specialist to maintain and optimize our mature Product Information Management and Digital Asset Management systems, ensuring accurate product data across channels.

You will enrich data, manage taxonomies, support data requests, and collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering for new launches. The role requires 3+ years in PIM/DAM environments and a commitment to data integrity and ISO-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience working with Product Databases such as PIM, DAM, or ERP with taxonomies, attributes, metatagging and data standardization.
• Experience with Agility PIM is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Agility PIM and Oracle DAM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of these systems, including data entry, loading assets, updates, and quality control.
• Research and analyses audit trails to resolve data errors.
• Support data requests from customers and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, and engineering for New Product Launches.
• Maintain processes for product data management ensuring data integrity and consistency.
