Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in Longmont, CO is seeking a Production Assembler to support pilot-scale manufacturing of disposable medical devices. You will perform mechanical assembly, operate automated equipment, and ensure safe packaging for shipment.

You will follow SOPs, document production details, and assess QC results for release. Ideal candidates have hands-on assembly experience, ISO environment familiarity, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Training will precede shift changes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical assembly experience with hand tools and automated equipment.
• Experience working in controlled environments (ISO 13485, ISO 9001, or FDA QMS) preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs, document production details, and interpret QC results for release.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work in a team.
• Inventory control and shipping/receiving experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly for pilot-scale manufacturing of disposable medical devices.
• Safely operate chemical, automated and assembly equipment.
• Package products and prepare for shipment.
• Visually inspect assemblies for quality at in-process and final stages.
• Participate in inventory counts and audits; communicate findings.
• Able to operate at two or more workstations in manufacturing.
