Job summary

IBC Bank seeks a professional Pilot to operate aircraft and ensure passenger and crew safety. The role includes performing maintenance checks, selecting flight routes, and maintaining compliance records.

This is an in-office, full-time position within the 110 Aviation department, based in Texas. The ideal candidate will have flight school training, a required license, and a bachelor's degree preferred in aeronautical sciences or aviation.

Qualifications

• Flight school and valid pilot license are required.
• Bachelor's degree in aeronautical sciences or aviation is preferred.
• Strong communication and safety-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Select safe and efficient flight plan considering aircraft performance and weather.
• Perform pre- and post-flight inspections.
• Communicate with air traffic control for safe takeoff and landing.
• Ensure passengers follow safety rules onboard.
• Maintain records for compliance and safety reporting.
• Create reports about any incident and assist with other duties as assigned.
