Job summary

Dimensional Energy in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Plant Operator to assist with construction, commissioning, operations and maintenance of a gas-to-liquids plant. You will work under the direct supervision of the Facilities Supervisor and report to the Director of Refining Technologies.

This is an hourly, full-time position and will require working some nights and weekends. Responsibilities include operating the FT reactor, ensuring safe plant operation, conducting inspections, and coordinating with

• 1–2 years as a plant operator in processing plants.
• Proficient with complex machinery and mechanical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to rotate 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends.
• Demonstrates leadership, teamwork and clear communication.
• Good teamwork and collaboration in a plant setting.
• Knowledge of process plant operations.
• Committed to safety protocols and procedures.

About the Role
