Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Pilot Plant Operator in Ridgefield, CT for a 12-month contract. You will support pilot plant campaigns under the supervision of a BI Technician and collaborate with plant technicians and campaign managers to resolve process and equipment issues.

You will become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations, while following GMP procedures and safety protocols. Regular meetings and training are required during the assignment.

Qualifications

• Experience working with GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing.
• Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods and procedures.
• Effective troubleshooting skills with equipment and/or process.

Responsibilities

• Follow the Lead of a BI Technician in pilot plant campaigns.
• Coordinate with plant technicians and campaign managers to address process and equipment challenges.
• Assist the BI Lead technician in communicating batch status with chemist and analytical teams.
• Complete all required training before the due date.
• Attend scheduled meetings at 9 AM and 2:00 PM.
• Become proficient in equipment operation, batch record entries, and calculations.
• Attend PSOR meetings and provide input when appropriate.
• Follow all procedures and wear PPE as defined.
• Report incidents such as spills, exposures, or injuries to management.
• Conduct all operations with Safety as the #1 goal.

5. Be involved in-group activities such as the 9 Am and 2:00 PM meetings.
6. Become Proficient in Equipment operation, Batch record entries, calculations.
7. Attend PSOR Meetings, speak up and give input at these meetings.
8. Follow all procedures, including the wearing of and use of defined PPE.
9. Report all incidents, such as spills, exposures, cuts / abrasions etc. to management.
10. Conduct all operations and activities with Safety as the # 1 goal.

Skills:

Experience working with established GMP procedures and bulk manufacturing. Technical knowledge of manufacturing systems, methods and procedures. Possess effective troubleshooting skills with equipment and/or process.
