Job summary

Momentum Indoor Climbing seeks instructors to lead yoga/pilates classes across Momentum locations. You will foster a welcoming, safe environment and support students in physical and mental well-being through movement.

Responsibilities include teaching, substituting, and coordinating with the Yoga Manager, ensuring class quality, and maintaining safety standards in a high-volume gym setting.

Qualifications

• Pilates training and teaching experience preferred.
• Climbing knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to teach at multiple Momentum locations strongly preferred.
• Yoga and/or Sculpt Instruction is a plus.
• Strong understanding of anatomy and functional movement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of 1 yoga/pilates class per week and/or substitute a minimum of 3 classes each quarter.
• Organize substitutes for your class at least two weeks in advance with the Yoga Manager.
• Substitute additional classes when available.
• Plan and lead sessions that promote physical well-being, mindfulness, and safe alignment for all levels.
• Offer modifications and adjustments for varying abilities or injuries.
• Maintain knowledge of other Momentum teachers and their classes to make informed recommendations.
