Job summary

Riser Fitness in Sherwood, Oregon, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our Pilates studio team. In this part-time role, you will support the General Manager in achieving sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Main responsibilities include executing the sales process, conducting studio tours, and participating in community events. The position offers a flexible working environment with an hourly wage of $16-17, additional commission, and opportunities for growth within the studio.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills via in person, phone and email.
• Ability to achieve sales targets.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects.
• Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
• Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
• Participate in grassroots/community events.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, safe and inviting environment.
