Job summary

Riser Fitness is seeking a motivated Sales Associate for their Arroyo Grande studio. In this part-time role, you will assist the General Manager in sales and customer relations, ensuring a positive experience for clients. Ideal candidates will possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills, along with the ability to achieve sales targets. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $17 plus commission, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English with excellent communication via in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Execute full sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale.
• Meet and exceed sales goals set by the General Manager.
• Conduct studio tours with new prospects to facilitate sales.
