BODYBAR Pilates is seeking a part-time Lead Sales Associate to assist the Regional Studio Manager in growing and retaining members through sales and service excellence. The role includes supporting the SA team, coordinating campaigns, and handling member interactions in a busy studio environment.

The position requires fluent English, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, events, and promotions. Compensation is $18.00 per hour with at least 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Goal-oriented with ability to generate membership, retail and private training sales.
• Excellent communication skills in-person, by phone and email.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing membership growth and retention strategies.
• Achieve monthly membership and retail sales goals.
• Support and guide Sales Associates to achieve their sales goals.
• Manage outreach campaigns and marketing efforts using Canva and social content.
