Qualifications

• Current Pilates Reformer certification from a recognized program.
• CPR/AED certification within 90 days of hire.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in group class instruction.
• Preferred: NCCP-accredited certification.

Responsibilities

• Teach Pilates Reformer classes as scheduled with appropriate modifications.
• Adhere to certification guidelines and safety standards.
• Maintain certifications and complete ongoing education.
• Arrive early for setup; start and end classes on time.
• Report equipment issues to supervisor immediately.
• Record class participation numbers after each session.
• Minimize missed classes and arrange substitutes when needed.
• Create a fun, engaging class experience for participants.
• Be proficient with core business software related to duties.
• Support departmental goals and adapt to center hours.
