Job summary

The YMCA of Metropolitan Denver is hiring a Part-Time Pilates Reformer Instructor at the Aurora location to lead engaging classes and private sessions for members. You will help participants meet their goals in a friendly, inclusive atmosphere while upholding the YMCA values.

Qualifications

• National Pilates Reformer certification with a minimum of 40 hours.
• CPR/AED and First Aid.
• YMCA Healthy Lifestyle Principles within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an instructor for Pilates Reformer Classes.
• Arrive early and stay after class for setup and cleanup.
• Participate in staff meetings and coordinate substitutions when needed.
• Follow YMCA procedures, safety guidelines and policies.
• Maintain a clean and safe YMCA environment.
• Attend mandatory trainings and stay informed on notices.
• Support the YMCA annual fundraising campaign and member engagement.
• Ensure safety and enjoyment of all members and guests.
