Job summary

Retro Fitness is seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to lead engaging Pilates reformer classes and create fresh routines for our members. You will foster a motivating, professional, and collaborative studio environment, ensuring safety and enjoyment for all participants.

Part-time positions are available with an hourly rate. You will work with a team of instructors across multiple gyms in the network, contributing to member retention and revenue goals while maintaining a clean, welcoming space.

Qualifications

• National Pilates certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of class instruction experience.
• Able to work with others as part of a team.
• Able to communicate and motivate effectively.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification must be achieved within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes with enthusiasm and deliver fresh routines.
• Report on-time with a positive attitude and motivate others.
• Collaborate with instructors and support a flexible leadership style.
• Support member retention by delivering safe, fun, and effective classroom experiences.
• Participate in meetings with Pilates Reformer instructors to meet revenue goals.
• Maintain a clean studio and respect shared spaces and members.
• Work a flexible schedule; teach multiple classes per week, including weekends and evenings.
• Sell, upsell, and resell Pilates packages.
