Job summary

Exos Partners, LLC is seeking a part-time Pilates Reformer Instructor for Redwood City. You will lead engaging group exercise sessions, ensuring safety and performance while motivating participants to reach their fitness goals.

The role requires 1+ year of group class leadership, a current national group fitness certification, and CPR/AED certification. Branded-format instructors must hold proper licenses. Benefits apply to eligible part-time staff.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience leading successful group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA).
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained/licensed for those formats.
• Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid desired).

As our new Group Exercise instructor you must be:* Enthusiastic about group exercise classes and enjoy creating and delivering new, fresh and innovative routines* Confident in your professionalism by reporting on-time with a positive attitude and a passion to motivate others* A professional who is collaborative and a flexible leader in and out of the studio**Qualifications:*** Minimum of one year of experience actively leading successful group exercise classes* Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) if necessary* Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats (e.g. Zumba, Yoga) must also be trained and licensed to teach those specific formats* Current CPR/AED certification (First Aid certification is strongly desired)**Residents of California:** Per pay transparency requirements, the compensation for this position ranges from $20.0/unit to $125.00/unit in addition to admin rates as required by local law. Pay is dependent on factors including site location, specialty, certifications, duration of class, and work experience as well as other business needs.
