Job description

The Arena Club (located in Bel Air Maryland) is currently seeking a Pilates Reformer Instructor to join their team of Wellness professionals.

The Arena Club is a full Health and Wellness center that offers member services such as Personal Training, Sports Conditioning, Small Group Training.

Group Exercise, Medical/ Physician’s Referred Exercise Programming, Programs for Cancer Patients and other Special Populous Exercise Programming, Bariatric Weight Loss, Aquatics and many other Wellness services.

Summary

• Establish and generate new qualified leads to the program or private sessions.
• Deliver an excellent instruction that is enthusiastic, informative and best represents our mission and core values.
• We seek candidates with a diverse knowledge of the industry with a minimum of six-month experience.
• Must be proficient in safe and appropriate exercise prescription for all populations within the Pilates practice.
• Must demonstrate excellent customer service, organizational skills, and a positive motivating outlook. Must also be a team player with professional communication and discretion. Must be reliable and consistent.
• Demonstrate hard work and diligence.

• NRI: Nationally Recognized Instructor OR NRIT: Nationally Recognized Instructor Trainer
• Recognized by a Nationally organization as a Pilates Instructor or Trainer
