24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Pilates Reformer Coach in Anaheim, CA. You will lead reformer-based workouts to improve strength, flexibility, and body awareness, while fostering an inclusive, motivating environment that aligns with our brand standards.

You will engage members across fitness levels, deliver high-quality group experiences, and support club initiatives and events. A valid CPR/AED and reformer instructor certification are required.

Formación

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; team-player mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instructions and cueing.
• Build connections with members to support retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Ensure sessions start and end on time and follow programming guidelines.

JOB SUMMARY
As a Pilates Reformer Coach, you'll lead members through safe, effective, and engaging reformer-based workouts designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. You'll create an inclusive and motivating environment that supports members of all fitness levels while delivering a high-quality group experience that aligns with our brand standards.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Pilates Reformer classes with clear instruction, proper form cues, and modifications as needed.
• Build strong connections with members to support retention and engagement.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
• Ensure all sessions start and end on time and follow established programming guidelines.
• Support club initiatives and promote upcoming programs or events.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Pilates Reformer Instructor (Balanced Body, STOTT, BASI, or equivalent).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills; team-player mindset.
