Job summary

ACAC - ATLANTIC COAST ATHLETIC CLUBS is seeking a certified Pilates instructor to lead engaging group classes for all levels. You will guide clients through safe, effective routines, maintaining high energy and motivation throughout sessions.

The role requires delivering excellent customer service, educating participants on proper techniques, and coordinating substitutions when needed. Strong communication and reliability are essential for success in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering group exercise classes.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, move, and lead classes for varying durations.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have CPR/First Aid as applicable (if stated).
• Certification in AFAA or ACE Primary Group Exercise or related specialty is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 15 minutes before class; be prepared with routine and music.
• Greet and welcome participants; ensure a positive class experience.
• Educate participants on safe exercise techniques and monitor safety.
• Teach classes with energy and enthusiasm; motivate participants.
• Arrange substitutes and notify supervisor when unavailable.
• Keep studio clean and equipment in working order; enforce policies.
