Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with leadership experience.
• Trained and certified in Reformer, Mat, Tower/Cadillac, Chair and Barrels.
• Certified in Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pilates repertoire.
• Experience leading in Pilates or fitness teams.
• 3 years Pilates training experience.
• 2 years sales experience.
• CPR and AED certified.

Responsibilities

• Drive member engagement to boost client acquisition.
• Ensure experience standards for the Pilates portfolio.
• Operate the Pilates business with an ownership mindset.
• Provide personalized customization in all sessions (Private and Semi-Private).
• Integrate all Pilates apparatus into session programming.
• Build and maintain a strong clientele through exceptional service.
• Use the Pilates method to create positive changes in clients.
• Complete administrative tasks for each client's fitness plan.
• Uphold studio cleanliness and organization.
• Stay current on certifications, credentials, and trends.
• Create an empowering environment for clients.
