BODYBAR Pilates is a fast-growing boutique fitness franchise delivering dynamic workouts across the U.S. In Tomball, TX, we’re seeking a dedicated BODYBAR Instructor to coach on our 14 reformers and in private coaching suites, guiding members through form-focused sessions that build strength and confidence.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll lead with energy, cue movements precisely, and foster a welcoming community.

Qualifications

• Must be a dedicated team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in Pilates or group fitness instruction preferred.
• Strong communication and cueing skills for all fitness levels.
• Successful completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program required.

Responsibilities

• Be a Brand Ambassador delivering BODYBAR energy across classes.
• Lead dynamic Pilates workouts on the main floor and private suites.
• Provide precise verbal and visual cues to ensure safe movement.
• Offer upbeat support and modify exercises as needed.

As a BODYBAR Instructor, you will coach in a state-of-the-art studio equipped with 14 reformers for group classes as well as private suites dedicated to 1-on-1 coaching. You’ll deliver dynamic, form-focused workouts that build strength, connection, and confidence, creating a standout experience that keeps members motivated and coming back for more.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be a Brand Ambassador: Embody the BODYBAR mission and bring infectious energy to every class and private session you lead.
• Deliver Dynamic Classes & 1-on-1 Sessions: Lead form-focused Pilates workouts using the BODYBAR method across our 14-reformer main floor and in our private coaching suites, challenging and supporting members of all fitness levels.
• Provide Expert Cueing: Offer precise verbal and physical cues to ensure members move safely, stay aligned, and feel confident in every movement.
• Offer Upbeat Support: Guide members with clear, supportive answers regarding exercise modifications, studio policies, and upcoming promotions.
• Build Community: Foster strong connections with members before, during, and after class to create an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Strong Teamability: A collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work seamlessly within a team environment.
• Passion for Fitness: A genuine desire to help others feel strong, empowered, and healthy.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse groups of people.
• Movement Knowledge: Solid foundation in basic anatomy and human movement principles.
• Classroom & Coaching Experience: Prior Pilates or group fitness instruction/1-on-1 coaching experience (preferred, but not required).
• BODYBAR Training: Successful completion of BODYBAR’s Instructor Training Program.
• Certifications & Insurance: Active CPR/AED certification and proof of Instructor Liability Insurance prior to teaching.
