Job summary

BODYBAR Pilates is seeking an energetic instructor to lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method. You will inspire confidence, guide members safely, and foster a welcoming studio atmosphere.

Reporting to the Fitness Manager, you’ll manage your schedule, grow with a fast-growing brand, and participate in training and certification programs to maintain high standards.

Qualifications

• Passion for health, fitness and helping others feel strong.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred.
• Complete BODYBAR Instructor Training and CPR/AED certification.

Responsibilities

• Be a true BODYBAR ambassador and bring energy to every class.
• Lead form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method.
• Guide members with expert cues to keep them safe and aligned.
• Provide upbeat support and answer questions on policies and promotions.
• Own your class schedule and secure substitutes as needed.
• Build community and connect with members before, during and after class.
