BODYBAR Pilates in McKinney, TX is seeking an enthusiastic Pilates Instructor to deliver dynamic classes and engage with our vibrant community.

You will teach the BODYBAR method, tailor sessions for all levels, and provide outstanding customer service while helping members reach their fitness goals.

This role offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for training and development, and membership perks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience taking Pilates classes.
• Prior Pilates or fitness instructing experience preferred but not required.
• Availability to teach some early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Complete BODYBAR Pilates Instructor Training Program with apparatus test-out; bridge training available.
• Program costs listed: $1,500 + Bridge training $950.

Responsibilities

• Teach dynamic and effective Pilates classes following the BODYBAR method.
• Tailor classes for all fitness levels, ensuring safe, fun, and challenging workouts.
• Create welcoming environment for members before, during, and after class.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to questions about exercises, policies, promotions.
• Collaborate with studio leadership and fellow instructors to maintain positive culture.
• Arrange class substitutions and ensure smooth studio operations.
