Qualifications

• Passion for health and helping others feel strong.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Basic knowledge of anatomy and body movement.
• Pilates or group fitness experience preferred.
• Complete BODYBAR Instructor Training Program.
• CPR & AED certification required.
• Provide instructor liability insurance when requested.

Responsibilities

• Lead dynamic, form-focused Pilates classes using the BODYBAR method.
• Inspire and motivate clients while accommodating all fitness levels.
• Offer clear cues to keep members safe and confident.
• Provide upbeat support on modifications, policies, and promotions.
• Own your class schedule and secure substitutes as needed.
• Build a welcoming community before, during, and after class.
