Job summary

Club Pilates is seeking a motivated Pilates Instructor to lead group reformer classes in our Canton, MI studios. You will deliver safe, engaging sessions for up to 12 clients, maintain equipment, and foster a welcoming environment in line with Club Pilates standards.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching group Pilates classes.
• Ability to demonstrate effective reformer instruction.
• Energetic, positive, motivational teaching style.
• Strong customer service and communication.
• Experience with club management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Pilates group reformer classes per Club Pilates standards.
• Instruct up to 12 clients per class with proper form and safety.
• Conduct private, semi-private, or demo sessions as needed.
• Visually inspect equipment prior to classes to ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.
• Promote the motto: Do Pilates. Do Life.
