Job summary

Club Pilates Boulder County is seeking an energetic, certified Pilates Instructor to join our Boulder County studios in Boulder, Longmont, and Lafayette. You will lead reformer-based group classes delivering engaging, results-driven instruction to clients.

The ideal candidate holds a current apparatus certification with 450 hours, has group-teaching experience, and brings strong communication and an entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• Current full apparatus Pilates Certification with 450 hours of experience or equivalent.
• Experience teaching group classes.
• Ability to demonstrate effective group reformer instruction.
• Energetic, positive and motivational teaching style.
• Capable of using a contemporary approach to classical exercises.
• Punctual, reliable and dedicated.
• Desire to build a successful business in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Focus on customer service, including professional and effective communication skills.
• Experience with club management software and/or the ability to learn new systems (e.g. Club Ready).

Responsibilities

• Providing Pilates group reformer classes pursuant to Club Pilates standards.
• Instructing clients (up to 12 clients per class) on equipment including Reformer, Springboard, Exo-Chair, hand weights.
• Conducting private, semi-private, demo or other sessions as needed.
• Visually inspect equipment prior to each class for safety.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment.
• Assist with membership sales and check-ins.
• Promote studio revenue through retail and membership sales & services.
• Be a motivating and inspiring force to promote Do Pilates. Do Life.
