Life Time is seeking a dedicated Pilates Instructor to support members in achieving healthier lives. You will design comprehensive client programs, supervise sessions, and educate members on health trends while delivering superior customer service.

The role emphasizes maintaining studio standards, pursuing ongoing credentials, and promoting group fitness and personal training offerings within a welcoming environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of personal training experience and Pilates program design experience.
• Certified Pilates Trainer with reformer, tower, chair and barrels training.
• CPR and AED certification is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develops safe, professional Pilates programs for clients.
• Instructs clients during Pilates sessions on equipment safety.
• Conducts fitness consultations and goal setting for new clients.
• Instructs private and group Pilates classes.
• Promotes Pilates training programs and classes.
• Completes administrative tasks for each client’s fitness plan.
• Maintains cleanliness of the Pilates studio.
• Keeps credentials up to date and pursues continuing education.
• Provides fitness floor assistance and customer education.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive client programs that drive client goal achievement and retention
• Monitors and instructs clients during Pilates training sessions on the safe and effective use the equipment
• Conducts fitness consultations for new clients including pre-participation screening and goal setting to assess and recommend Pilates training programs
• Instructs both private and group Pilates classes
• Promotes and sells Pilates training programs and classes, Group Fitness classes and Personal Training to members
• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends
• Ensures all members feel competent, confident, and connected by providing superior customer service through complimentary and based services/programming
• Documents all aspects of client programming
• Remains current on credentials and continuing education to advance throughout the levels program
• Provides fitness floor assistance to all members to ensure safety, provide education, and motivate members

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of personal training experience
• Experience in Pilates program design
• Certified Pilates Trainer
• Trained and Certified in Reformer, Tower, Chair and Barrels
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds
• CPR and AED Certified

Preferred Requirements

• 150 - 400 hours comprehensive Pilates Certificate (minimum education to include; Mat, Reformer, Tower, Chair)

Pay

This position will be paid commissions between 10% and 60% depending on the product and the Team Member's productivity. The weekly minimum pay for the position will be at least applicable minimum wage for each hour worked.
