Job summary

JETSET Pilates® in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a full-time Pilates Instructor to lead dynamic group classes using our methods, ensuring safe, effective workouts for clients at various fitness levels.

You will prep formats and playlists, cue exercises clearly, offer modifications, greet and support clients, and help foster a welcoming, community-focused atmosphere while maintaining studio cleanliness and equipment.

Qualifications

• Strong Pilates Instruction skills, with the ability to design and deliver safe, engaging, and results-focused classes.
• Experience with Group Exercise settings, including managing diverse fitness levels and leading high-energy, music-driven sessions.
• Understanding of Physical Therapy principles, body mechanics, and injury prevention to provide informed modifications and guidance.
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building authentic connections, supporting client goals, and maintaining a positive studio environment.
• Demonstrated Teaching skills, including clear verbal cueing, motivation, and the ability to give constructive, supportive feedback.
• Current Pilates certification (reformer or contemporary method preferred); additional fitness certifications are a plus.
• CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe.
• Reliable availability for a mix of early morning, evening, and weekend classes as needed.
• Ability to stand, demonstrate exercises, and move equipment throughout the shift.
