Life Time is hiring a Pilates Instructor who will provide personalized 1:1 and semi-private sessions, tailoring each workout to client needs and goals. The role focuses on applying Pilates apparatus across sessions to drive results and client satisfaction.
You will manage client programming documentation, maintain studio cleanliness, and stay current with certifications and industry trends to empower clients and sustain a motivating learning environment.

Instructors focus on building their clientele by empowering people through the principles of Pilates methodology, ensuring a positive member experience that is fun, educational, supportive and aligned with the integrity of the Life Time Pilates brand.
250-600 hours comprehensive Pilates Certification (minimum education to include Mat, Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel)

This position receives a base hourly rate of $15.00. This position is also eligible to receive commission based on personal production.
