Job summary

Exos is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging classes and create safe, enjoyable workouts for members of all fitness levels. You will tailor routines, provide modifications, and foster a motivating, inclusive environment that supports members in reaching their goals.

The role requires a current nationally accredited certification, CPR/AED, and excellent communication skills to inspire participants during group sessions at our Portland location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (e.g. AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed for those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
