Job summary

The Club in Los Gatos, California is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to join a high-end fitness environment. Lead small-group reformer classes of up to 10 participants, focusing on safety, form, and engagement while representing The Club’s standards.

Ideal candidates hold Pilates or Lagree certification, with at least one year of teaching experience, and a strong grasp of anatomy and alignment. Flexible early morning and evening shifts available, plus employee perks and membership

• Comprehensive Pilates OR Lagree certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and proper form.
• Contemporary Pilates approach preferred.
• Balanced Body equipment experience a plus.
• Confident, professional, and able to lead safe, effective, engaging classes.
• A genuine interest in building relationships and contributing to our community.
• Pride in craft, appearance, professionalism, and presence.

Responsibilities

Pilates Instructor

The Club is an elite, high-end fitness club built from the ground up with a strong focus on community. We're looking for a talented, experienced Pilates Instructor who shares our commitment to excellence and can carry and exemplify the high standards that define The Club.

Our Pilates program features small-group reformer classes of up to 10 members in a state-of-the-art facility. Classes are primarily fitness-focused and may incorporate the reformer, tower, chair, weights, and other props.

What We're Looking For

• Comprehensive Pilates OR Lagree
  certification required
• Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, alignment, and proper form
• Contemporary Pilates approach preferred
• Balanced Body equipment experience a plus
• Confident, professional, and able to lead safe, effective, engaging classes
• A genuine interest in building relationships and contributing to our community
• Someone who takes pride in their craft, appearance, professionalism, and overall presence
