Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a Pilates Instructor to design and implement client-centered Pilates programs, delivering both private and group classes. You will guide clients through safe techniques, monitor sessions, and tailor plans based on goals and capabilities.

Responsibilities include conducting initial consultations, promoting Pilates services, handling administrative duties, and maintaining studio cleanliness while staying current with industry trends and certifications.

• Experience in Pilates program design.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb, kneel and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Completes all administrative requirements associated with each client’s fitness plan
• Maintains the cleanliness of the Pilates studio
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry
• Educates members on current health and fitness issues and trends

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Experience in Pilates program design

Education

• High School Diploma or GED

Years of Experience

• 1 year of personal training experience
• 6 months of experience in adjusting body alignment, Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, and Barrel equipment

Licenses / Certifications / Registrations

• Certified Pilates Trainer
• CPR and AED Certified

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree in Kinesiology, Sports Medicine or other related field
