Job summary

Broken Sound Club, Inc. is seeking a Part-time Pilates Instructor to lead Reformer group classes for members and guests in Boca Raton, FL. The role requires a nationally recognized Pilates certification, CPR/First Aid with AED, and at least one year of experience.

The instructor will provide demonstrated techniques, class preparation, and safe modifications. Responsibilities include maintaining a clean studio, playing suitable music, and participating in required trainings.

Qualifications

• Nationally recognized Pilates certification required.
• CPR/First Aid and AED Certification required.
• One year of minimum experience.
• Must be able to perform essential duties and adapt to changing class needs.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Instruct members with a variety of Reformer group classes.
• Provide detailed instructions, proper technique, and modifications.
• Select and play appropriate music for each class and prepare materials.
• Advise participants on class policies and procedures; ensure safety.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized studio and report equipment issues.
• Attend trainings, workshops and staff meetings; perform additional duties as assigned.
