Job summary

Claire’s Sales Associate roles involve delivering safe, professional piercing services on the sales floor while creating welcoming, energetic experiences. You will drive piercing and retail sales, uphold the Claire’s Clinical Piercing Standards, and represent the brand with care and precision.

Through expert consultation, strong selling behaviors, and operational excellence, you help customers feel informed and excited—whether they are first-time piercings or adding to their look.

Qualifications

• Willing to become a certified Claire’s Piercing Specialist and perform piercings per standards.
• Calm, confident technique and empathy, especially with children and first-time guests.
• Able to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently.
• Stand for scheduled shifts and lift 25–75 lbs as needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic math and reading comprehension.

Responsibilities

• Deliver piercing services safely following clinical standards and procedures.
• Provide engaging, friendly customer experiences and product recommendations.
• Educate guests on aftercare and obtain informed consent when needed.
• Maintain certification requirements and assist with store operations.
