Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado in Aurora seeks a Supply Tech to manage supply chain tasks including receipt, distribution, and replenishment, contributing to cost control and department goals.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with a days/evenings shift pattern noted; located in Aurora. You will support clinical and support staff, maintain inventory, and assist with shipments and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of six (6) months of related supply chain, receipt, distribution, replenishment, inventory control experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Receives product upon arrival, confirms quantity, inspects, and sorts for put-away or delivery as per department processes.
• Maintains and safely operates equipment (carts, carousels) and keeps the workspace clean and organized.
• Replenishes internal and external department storage locations and processes requisitions as defined by standard procedures.
• Performs department cycle counting and outdate procedures for inventory locations in warehouse and patient supply rooms.
• Monitors expiration dates, excess supplies, and waste within supply rooms and PAR locations.
• Schedules outbound shipments with proper labeling and information.
• Supports Supply Chain Management to ensure inventory and expenses meet departmental targets.
• Provides customer service to clinical, business, and support staff; overtime/holiday may be required.
