Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on high-acuity pediatric care in a fast-paced PICU and offers self scheduling based on facility needs.

Self scheduling enables flexible day or night shifts as required. Ideal candidates hold a Massachusetts RN license, current BLS and ACLS (PALS strongly preferred), and a minimum of 2 years PICU experience.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license is required.
• BLS and ACLS are required; PALS preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• American Heart Association certifications referenced in requirements.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
