Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, MA. This role focuses on high-acuity pediatric care in a busy PICU, with 12-hour shifts available day or night based on facility needs.

The ideal candidate has active Massachusetts RN licensure, BLS/ACLS current (PALS preferred), and at least two years in PICU. Compensation is hourly with weekly pay and benefits for W2 employment.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• American Heart Association CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• Current BLS & ACLS; PALS strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
