Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill children in a pediatric intensive care setting.

Ideal candidates are clinically confident, adaptable, and experienced in fast-paced, high-acuity environments. Start ASAP with W2 employment and flexible scheduling, including 12-hour shifts and per-scheduled hours.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license
• Current BLS & ACLS (PALS strongly preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of recent PICU experience
• American Heart Association certifications where applicable
• Ability to pass background screening

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support
• Monitor and document patient conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards
