Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking a PRN PICU Registered Nurse (RN) for opportunities in Boston, Massachusetts. This role focuses on high-acuity pediatric care in a PICU setting, with day or night shifts based on facility needs and a 12-Hour shift pattern. The position offers W2 employment status and competitive hourly pay.

Ideal candidates hold an active MA RN license, BLS and ACLS, and have at least 2 years of PICU experience. PALS preferred. Background screening required.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS & ACLS certifications required; PALS strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of PICU experience.
• Ability to pass background screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and ventilator support.
• Monitor and document patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary pediatric care teams.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards.
